Boomer Bile Stats

• Summons a hoard to attack those covered in the Boomer Bile.
• Boomer Bile explodes on contact
• Similar to normal effects of boomer's bile.
• Grenade is thrown in a arch
• Effects all infected within a small area of effect

Physical Description

The Boomer's Bile comes in a white capped clear canister. It is transparent asided from the actual boomer's bile contained within which is green. Complete with warning labels and hazards information.

 

General Use

Hit entire mobs of infected to fight among themselves or hit a high value infected such as a tank or a witch! to slow them down. Be warned because it will not slow down a witch all that much. The Boomer Bile is by far the strangest and most unique grenade weapon in the left 4 dead series to date!

Pipe Bomb Stats

• Attracts "Common Infected" that are not  currently damaging a player.
• Can be used to stun idle Witch(es)
• Occupies a grenade slot in players invetory

Physical Description

The pipe bomb is an improvised explosive that has been fixed with a blinking red led light that creates a bleeping noise when thrown. the pipe bomb has the a metal exterior that is been capped  with metal tops with a short fuse sticking out of the top one. A Majority of the componets of the pipe bomb have been taped into place with electrical tape.

General Information

The Molotov proves it's worth against Special Infected. However the Pipe Bomb in many cases is better for common infected, where as pretty much useless against all special infected with the exception of stunning the Witch. Many survivors use the pipe bomb as a get out of jail free card when they have been biled on by a well timed stratigic boomer, in such cases it is best to wait until the mob of common infected come into view of the survivor(s) before thrown sometimes due to obsticles on any given map the delay for the common infected can vary by a significant amount. The pipe bomb also makes for an effective tool against an idle witch when no capabile cr0wner is in the party, simply throw the pipe bomb at the witches feet when she is (idle) crying and  before it goes off be close enough to extend her stun by meleeing her and have your fellow survivors unload on her.

Molotov Stats

• Ignites Infected on contact.
• Ignited infected will eventually die of fire damage unless they can find a source of water to submerge in.
• When thrown it creates an area of effect.
• Damages survivors that are within the area of effect.
• Survivors never remain on fire once they leave the source.
• Is a grenade type weapon that explodes on point of impact.

Physical Description

A "Molotov" is a make shift fire bomb using a a stuffed rag as the ignition source in a brown tinted glass achoalic beverage container. The rag is always displayed as ignited when switched to from the inventory.

General Information

The Molotov is debatably the most useful of the grenade type weapons in Left 4 Dead. The reason for this claim is when thrown it explodes and creates a area of effect that if any infected that enters the fire they are ignited. Common infected that are on fire are unable to attack and die quickly. All special infected that come into contact with a source of fire are ignited and will die from fire damage alone based on remaining health. The Molotov can be used in a retreating manner to ignite a witch from a distance and simply run away until she dies. Molotovs are also extremely effective vs tank infected however in campaign mode it is important to note that an ignited tank will have a movement speed increase. Molotov is also effective means of removing a mob of common infected surrounding a survivor simply throw the molotov at your feet and quickly run out of the area of effect to minimize fire damage from the molotov. Additionally a Molotov can kill infected hiding behind a alarmed car without setting it off as long as you have enough distance!
