The Spitter is a female special infected with a strange physique. She appears to be very lanky and skinny, with a bloated stomach. Much of her face seems to be melted or ripped away, most likely due to her infection ability. She wears only soiled white capris pants, bikini top, and high heels. The choice of colour is most likely a design choice to allow survivors to spot her easier from a distance. The extent of her infection has lead to a build up of a poweful acid in her stomach (most likely the cause of the bloating), which she can spit at will, covering the ground with it in a fixed radius. The acid is most likely what caused her face to tear away as well.
Acidic Spit
The Spitter basically spits an acidic substance from her body that has the range of the Smokers tongue. When the Spit hits the ground it spreads out into an area of effect that damages survivors within its range. This discourages survivors camping out in a corner or a one way closet or hallway. When it is charged, it is shot in a glowing green ball. It changes from yellow to red when it hits the ground.
